Under the supervision of the Deputy Director of Education (DDE) Hunza and with support from the Department of School Education GB, the program achieved remarkable success, with every participating teacher showing marked professional growth. Consequently, this pilot program has transitioned into a second phase, now sustained by the Teachers and Staff Development Centre (TSDC), ensuring its long-term impact on the region's educators.
